The struggles faced by individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, and their families, must feel insurmountable. A research initiative called “The Albert Project,” set out to find solutions to alleviate those struggles.
This video is part 6 in our ongoing series of short documentaries describing what we found through that research.
Along with Primacare Living Solutions, Centre for Aging and Brain Health Innovation, & Western University, Crosswater produced stimulating VR/360 immersive experiences, which allowed residents in long term care to bond with their families and loved ones over unique shared moments together.
