Buffalo Medical Group’s new Orchard Park facility is the epitome of their Integrated Care Model, housing everything from primary care to specialty care, lab services, imaging services, and an infusion center that overlooks a tranquil forest setting.
Walking through the open reception area one patient was overheard saying…“it doesn’t feel like a Doctor’s office, you feel good being here.”
BMG’s commitment to improving their patients’ health encouraged them to create a facility that not only focuses on the care of the patient, but on the comfort of that patient as well.
Some of the appealing distinctions include how BMG used different nature photographs to designate each healthcare department, while large windows draw in the natural light to the colorful lobby and waiting areas.
Features of the new facility will soon appear on the Buffalo Medical Group’s BMG-TV, an internal network that provides relevant patient education programming designed to keep patients and employees updated on how the Buffalo Medical Group has maintained its leading role as the area’s largest private medical group.
